One Gallon Upcharge $15.00 5 gal price divided by 5 then add $15.00 Example: SuperiorGuard 298.00/5=$59.60+$15.00=$74.60 per gallon or for qrt divide by 4 the gallon price + $4. = $22.64 SHIPPING and FREIGHT POLICY 1. All extra Freight and Shipping charges are the responsibility of the Contractor including but not limited to: Phone Call Notifications, Lift Gate Service, Residential Delivery Charge, Re-Delivery Charge, etc. 2. Freight Claims including, but not limited to, Shortages and Damages must be documented and recorded on the Bill of Lading upon receiving the goods by Contractor or Contractor’s Customers. Contractor has the responsibility of notifying the receiving parties of this policy. If documentation is not performed on the Bill of Lading, no claims can be or will be made by Superior Coatings, nor will Superior Coatings be liable for any liability. OTHER TERMS 1. COLOR POLICY: There is no such thing as an Exact Color Match. There is an acceptable range in color matching. All colored product is non-returnable and considered a final sale (if tinted individually in can, bucket or drum). 2. This SCHEDULE may be updated due to changing economic conditions. A 15 (fifteen) day notice will be given by Superior Coatings to Contractor of a revised SCHEDULE. Once the 15 (fifteen) day notice has expired, the revised SCHEDULE will become the new SCHEDULE. Pricing is effective immediately and is not retroactive. Manufacturer must be notified of any pricing disputes or discrepancies within 30 days of invoice date.
